MBA Health Trust Formed:
Originally called Seattle Master Builders (SMBA), providing health plans to builders in the Seattle Area

1989

EPK & Associates Founded
EPK established to serve as the administrator for the Master Builders Association Health Trust (MBA), handling all billing, setup, & support

1989

EPK Employee #1 Hired:
Liz Griffin hired as the first employee of EPK & Associates

1992

CBS Founded & Appointed MBA Broker
Capital Benefit Services is founded by Ed Barker, serving as the newly appointed broker for the MBA Health Trust
